Short Overview To provide appropriate knowledge and skills for recognizing the risks and threats we face in the daily use of services and applications in the digital (cyber) world.  Attendees will gain specific knowledge and skills so that they can recognize threats (such as suspicious emails) and help avoid security issues (like downloading something malicious from a suspect website). As part of the course, a Phising e-mail test will be performed as one of the most common way of online Internet scam.

Target audience This foundation training program is intended to all personnel: end-user who uses the infrastructure to as a means to conduct their work. They typically are not security experts and should be trained basics of security.

Furthermore, the custom-tailored training is necessary for effective implementation. Three primary levels of attendees and their roles are recognized as the target audience for security training:

•    Technical people – people responsible for parts of the infrastructure and/or services it provides.

•    Management – Managerial people at different levels of organizations/infrastructure.

Competencies        for the target audience   Attendees need to have a basic knowledge of IT technology and usage of the  Internet services.

Short bio    Sasko Mickov has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from state university in Skopje (“Ss. Cyril and Methodius”- Skopje) and Master of Science, E-Business Management, Faculty of Economics, on the mentioned university (master theses: “Audit of information system in the banking sector using COBIT methodology “.)
